When Can I Expect My Order? 

1. Unbranded orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed.
2. Branded orders can take between 3 and 10 days to complete following which such orders will be dispatched.
3. Orders to major centers take approximately 3-days to deliver and those to outlying areas around 5-days.
   
   

What Do You Charge For Delivery? 

1. All orders below R 3 000 will carry an R 170 shipping fee. 
2. All orders above R 3 000 will be delivered free of charge to major centers. 
3. Outlying areas may incur additional delivery costs. 
   
   

How Do I Track My Order? 

1. Once your order is placed we will provide you with an order number which is to be used with any inquiries. 
2. Once an order is finished and a booking is made with a courier you will be provided with a tracking number and website address where you can track the process of delivery. 
   
   

How Are Samples Delivered? 

1. You are more than welcome to order samples with the delivery and return cost of any samples being for the customer’s account. 
2. Should an order be placed all costs incurred for the samples will be credited against the order.
